A fractional COO for a health or wellness business is a shared, part-time operations leader who gives you COO-level support without the full-time hire. We step in as your COO-level partner and implementation team to diagnose bottlenecks, design systems, develop your people, and help your business run more smoothly without you holding everything together.
Your CEO Solution is different from a typical consultant or coach because we stay to help you implement, not just hand you a plan. We work inside your business, coach your leaders and team based on their strengths, and support you through real implementation so the changes stick in day-to-day operations.
We primarily work with health & wellness businesses, but we sometimes support other established service-based companies. Most clients are med spas, integrative and rehab clinics, wellness studios, recovery centers, health bars, or medical product/device companies; if you’re outside health & wellness, share details on the discovery call form and we’ll tell you honestly if we’re a fit.
We are a hybrid of coaching, consulting, and fractional COO support. That means we support strategy, operations, and people—so you’re not trying to fix systems without developing leaders, or vice versa.
We will establish if you qualify on a discovery call. Our ideal clients tend to have the following attributes: you have an established business serving clients, a current or growing team, and you’re ready to take action in the next 30 days. If you know it’s time to upgrade your systems, leadership, and profit—not “someday,” but soon—you’re likely a good candidate.
It typically takes 60–90 days to feel early relief and 6–12 months to see deeper, structural results. Many clients feel early relief as we clear obvious bottlenecks and clarify roles; the deeper shift—where the business depends less on you—usually takes 6–12 months, depending on complexity, capacity, and goals, and we don’t guarantee specific results or timelines.
We don’t believe in guaranteeing outcomes we don’t control. What we can guarantee is the expertise, clarity, and partnership we bring to every engagement. The results come from a shared effort—our guidance combined with your decisions, your team, your market, and your willingness to implement.
We can work together holistically on People, Process, and Performance or focus a la carte on the area you need most. Holistic work uses our P³ Framework to look at your whole business, while a la carte support can target leadership and team development, systems and SOPs, or financial clarity and capacity planning.
On the discovery call, we clarify where you are now, where you want to be in 6–12 months, and what feels most urgent. If we both see a strong fit, we’ll recommend a path forward; if not, we’ll point you to a better next step.
You only need a basic sense of your business, vision, and current challenges for the discovery call. Anything you share in the form ahead of time simply helps us use the time well.
This work will require your time for key decisions and regular check-ins, especially early on. From there, we work directly with your leaders and team so you can focus more on leading and less on managing every detail.
We believe support should meet you where it creates the most impact. That’s why we work both virtually and on site. Most strategy, coaching, and review happen virtually so we can stay connected and consistent. And when being in the same room deepens trust, alignment, or momentum—such as during team intensives, retreats, or facilitated sessions—we show up in person. It’s about choosing the environment that moves your business forward.

We often offer payment plans or phased engagements when it makes sense for the work. In many cases we can phase the work or structure payments to tackle the highest-impact priorities first; specifics are outlined in your proposal or agreement.
This can be either a short, defined engagement or a longer-term partnership, depending on your needs. Some clients bring us in for a 3–6 month phase around a major change; others keep us on as a long-term strategic partner, and we’ll recommend a starting commitment that matches your goals and stage.
